Thoroughly enjoyed complimentary and nice hot breakfast options with sausage looking patties and oatmeal, as example. It was in a marvellous and stunning location easy to reach from the railway station.

The hotel felt cozy and the staff provided great customer service. The rooms were newly furnished with a comfortable king bed and TV. The location was convenient, being near the bus station.

The venue is a good size, fairly clean, and offers exceptional value. The staff is especially helpful and extremely accommodating. The brand-new room is quiet and features a sleeping area by the window, a king bed, and a TV.

We stayed here for 1 night, it was perfect for us. The place was clean and fully equipped, it had very welcoming and pleasant staff that perform excellent customer service.

Rooms here are super clean and have everything you need, plus the staff is so nice. They really go above and beyond to make your stay great! 🌟

This suburban hotel was great and we had a very good stay during our short visit, just as we expected.

All aspects of this hotel were above expectations.

Great bed, clean rooms, fast and efficient check-in and out.

The breakfast was mostly woeful. Paper plates and cups, packaged food. The breakfast staff couldn't speak English. The only saving grace was the bagels, which were OK.

There was an asian woman answering the phone on Sunday night, September 11th at 7:00 P.M. She had such an accent I could not understand the hotel name when she first answered and ultimately I spent an hour waiting for the shuttle, then taking a cab for $15 because the majority of what she said was unintelligible because of her accent. She seemed pleasant enough, but not in this position,

This hotel offers great value for the price, especially with the AAA rate. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a king-size bed, two TVs, a fridge, and a microwave. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the BART station, with plenty of parking available. The breakfast included fresh items and was a nice addition to the stay.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Very close to SFO airport (5 minute drive) convenient for early morning flight and free shuttle to airport. Five minutes walk to CalTrain & BART stations, no need for a car, even to visit San Francisco. Clean, comfortable and very large rooms. Free Wi-Fi. Would certainly stay again.

Evening staff not very experienced resulting in bill error. We were not informed about the change in name of the hotel having actually difficulties in finding the right shuttle to the hotel.
